Role: Social Media Content & Community Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented Social Media Content & Community Executive to build Company's online presence from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with communities, and growing brands through social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

· Create daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Design AI-powered graphics using Canva and AI tools.

· Create and edit Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

· Write engaging captions, hooks, and educational posts.

· Maintain a weekly content calendar.

Social Media Management

· Manage all company’s social media accounts.

· Schedule and publish content consistently.

· Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions.

· Respond to audience queries professionally.

· Maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Community Building

· Build and manage WhatsApp and Telegram communities.

· Engage with students, professionals, and businesses.





· Coordinate with campus ambassadors and event participants.

· Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.

Analytics & Growth

· Track weekly performance metrics.

· Analyze reach, engagement, and follower growth.

· Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

· Suggest strategies to improve social media performance.

· Generate leads through social media campaigns.

Required Skills

· Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.

· Canva (Mandatory).

· Basic video editing (CapCut or Premiere Pro preferred).

· Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

· Solid communication, creativity, and execution skills.

· Self-driven with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Good to Have

· Previous experience managing social media pages.

· Photography or videography skills.

· Basic SEO knowledge.
