About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Finance & Accounts Associate
to support our
US and India Finance Operations
. The role involves bookkeeping, accounts payable, vendor management, payment processing, statutory compliance support, and finance administration.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably
NetSuite
), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Record and maintain financial transactions in NetSuite.
- Process invoices and accounting entries accurately.
- Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Enter vendor credits and update accounting records.
- Request and maintain recent vendor setup documentation.




- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and spreadsheets.
- Upload accounting data and supporting documents into NetSuite.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.

2. Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices received via email.
- Create and maintain vendor master records.
- Track Accounts Payable requests received through internal teams and the AP Inbox.
- Monitor invoice approvals and payment status.
- Support invoice processing and payment workflows.
- Ensure timely processing of approved invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Payable documentation and records.

3. Vendor & Payment Management
- Respond to vendor queries professionally.
- Provide payment status updates.
- Resolve invoice-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding vendor payments.
- Upload approved payment instructions and beneficiary details on the Standard Chartered Bank portal.
- Prepare pay
