Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, customer service, and operations to resolve complex patient billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and payers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or related field (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients and providers.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
