Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Integrations Manager to lead our Workday Integrations team
As the Manager,
you are not only responsible for coaching and assisting consultants on your team with career development, but you will also play an active role in client engagement, as well as serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice, and we’re looking for an innovative, strategic leader with the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of FTE Workday Consultants as well as independent consultants.
- Execute initiatives and communications using a value-first mindset
- Communicate assignments to direct reports.
- Lead regular career development conversations with direct reports and identify candidates for promotion.
- Identify career or functional/technical training opportunities for direct reports.
- Provide formal coaching for underperforming team members as needed, and engage Director, if necessary.
