Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Dispatch
- Manage the complete packaging process for all e-commerce orders, across every marketplace we sell on
- Make sure every order is packed and ready for dispatch on time, every day
- Check each order for correct product, correct quantity, and proper packaging before it's shipped
- Sort packed orders by platform and by courier so dispatch runs smoothly with no mix-ups
- Look for ways to make the packing process faster and reduce mistakes
- Work closely with the warehouse team so orders move through processing without delays
- Step in and pack orders yourself whenever the volume is high or the team is short-handed — this is a hands-on role

2. Account & Returns Management
- Review daily order performance and account activity across marketplaces
- Track and organize return orders, and keep proper records of what's coming back and why
- Look into return reasons and flag patterns that could help us reduce returns going forward
- Prepare easy daily/weekly reports on orders, returns, and overall operations




- Coordinate with the relevant teams to sort out any account or return-related issues
- Keep all operational data accurate and updated

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Receive, check, and record all incoming stock
- Make sure stock is stored, labeled, and organized properly in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels at all times
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any mismatches
- Handle the full order cycle — picking, packing, and dispatch — for B2B, B2C, and e-commerce orders
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure deliveries go out on time
- Manage product returns, replacements, and reverse logistics
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch records, stock transfer logs, and inventory documentation
- Check incoming and outgoing stock for quality, and report any damaged or missing items immediately
