As a Program Leader, you will be expected to lead the project teams and get involved in the projects from the discovery to the production state. Lead the projects in a managed service model where the successful candidate will have an prospect to demonstrate his/her delivery, project, stakeholder & client management skills.

Delivery Engineering Leadership
- Drive engineering discipline across the delivery lifecycle – sprint planning, code quality gates, release management, and technical risk mitigation
- Partner with engineering leads to ensure architecture decisions align with delivery timelines and client commitments
- Establish and track engineering delivery metrics (velocity, defect leakage, cycle time, deployment frequency) to drive continuous improvement




- Ensure adherence to DevOps/CI-CD practices and champion an automation-first delivery culture

Engineering Leadership
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering ownership and technical excellence
- Collaborate with architects and tech leads on solution design, code reviews, and technology choices
- Champion engineering best practices – clean code, test automation, security, and scalability standards
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, upskilling, and career development

AI Leadership Capabilities
- Identify and drive adoption of Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency (e.g., AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation)
- Guide teams in responsibly evaluating and integrating AI-based solutions into client engagements
- Stay current on emerging AI/GenAI trends and evangelize practical use cases for program delivery and product engineering
