We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys working with contemporary cloud technologies and microservice-based architectures. You will work in a dynamic environment, exploring new technologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. You combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset, take ownership of results, and act as an informal leader who mentors others and drives improvement.

- Deliver complex back-end services end-to-end, with high quality
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient deliveries
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Lead code reviews and technical discussions
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers and share knowledge and best practices
- Identify risks, opportunities, and innovation ideas
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and ways of working
