Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on production requirements and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely dispatches.
- Monitor material availability, production schedules, inventory, and dispatch plans to achieve production targets.
- Track production progress, material shortages, inventory status, and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, dispatch plans, and inventory targets.
- Analyze production trends and capacity to support efficient planning and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous process improvements in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and dispatch operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering,



or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in a manufacturing workplace.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, inventory planning, and dispatch coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience in the Automotive, EV, Bicycle, or Engineering Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
