About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kindergarten Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary section. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching-learning practices, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, classroom observations, and maintaining a nurturing early childhood learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the academic planning and execution of the kindergarten curriculum
- Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning practices
- Monitor student progress and support developmental assessments
- Coordinate school events, parent engagement activities, and special programs
- Maintain documentation related to curriculum, assessments, and academic planning
- Ensure a safe, engaging,



and child-friendly learning environment
- Collaborate with school leadership for academic excellence
- Support implementation of innovative teaching methodologies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or relevant field
- B.Ed / Montessori / ECCEd certification preferred
- Minimum 3–8 years of teaching experience in pre-primary/early years education
- Prior experience in coordination or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent classroom management and mentoring abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
