Role & responsibilities
- Monitor daily solar plant operations.
- Ensure maximum plant availability and generation.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor SCADA and generation reports.
- Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- Monitor HT/LT electrical systems.
- Maintain transformers and switchgear.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with EPC vendors.
- Reduce plant downtime.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Support commissioning activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics) with 36 years of experience in Solar O&M.;
- Hands-on experience in Solar Plant Operations, Utility-Scale Solar, Ground Mounted Solar, and Solar PV.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA,



Central/String Inverters, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, and Switchyard Operations.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Plant Performance Monitoring.
- Familiarity with Generation Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Electrical Maintenance, and Safety Compliance.
- Candidates from Solar Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, or Power Generation industries will be preferred.
