Role Summary -

We are looking for an experienced AIX Tier 1/2 Application Support Engineer to manage mission-critical applications hosted on IBM AIX infrastructure. The role involves production support, incident management, change management, disaster recovery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.

Responsibilities -
- Support production applications hosted on IBM AIX
- Manage infrastructure changes using ServiceNow
- Coordinate CAB approvals and maintenance windows
- Lead incident resolution across AIX, Storage, Network, and Application teams
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with automation teams using ServiceNow and Ansible

- 5+ years of AIX Administration
- Production support experience
