Job Title: Azure Platform Support Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Platform Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Azure platform services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and a robust understanding of networking, storage, and monitoring within Azure. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Azure Platform Management: Manage and optimize Azure platform services, including networking (vnet, nsg, DNS, routing, private endpoints, express route, VPN), storage, Azure policy, and Azure Monitor.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform to automate deployment and management processes.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of Azure services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Azure services.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive Hands-on Azure Platform Experience:
Networking: Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual networks (vnet), network security groups (nsg), DNS, routing, private endpoints, express route, and VPN. This includes designing and implementing secure and scalable network architectures.
Storage: Experience with Azure storage solutions, including Blob Storage, Azure Files, and Disk Storage. Ability to manage storage accounts, configure access policies, and op
