Key Responsibilities
- Lead the video and motion graphics function and establish creative standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop creative and motion-led storytelling strategies.
- Oversee video and motion projects across multiple channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior creative professionals.
- Drive innovation through new creative formats, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
- Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and external production partners.
- Ensure effective workflows, governance, quality, and timely project delivery.

Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Video, Motion Graphics, Visual Storytelling, or Creative Leadership.
- Strong expertise in video production and post-production.




- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools, 3D animation, and motion design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact video and motion graphics work.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
- Experience managing large creative teams and complex projects.

Preferred: Experience leading global/distributed teams and working with agencies, studios, or large in-house creative teams.
