Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and lead the store team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.




- Drive sales targets and improve store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and reduce stock loss.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor key business metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of retail experience with team management exposure.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and store operations.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
