Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced
ServiceNow Senior Architect
to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery. This role will act as the technical design authority, ensuring scalable, secure, upgrade-secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow implementations while mentoring technical teams and driving the overall platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform roadmap.
- Act as the technical design authority for customizations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Establish and govern platform standards, development guidelines, and upgrade-safe architecture.




- Review and approve solution designs and implementation approaches.
- Lead architectural discussions across multiple enterprise ServiceNow engagements.
- Perform platform health assessments covering scalability, security, and performance.
- Guide implementation teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Collaborate with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance frameworks and best practices.
