Core Responsibilities & Expertise.

Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive patient volumes, Market share & revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives with market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging healthcare trends.
- Recommend new specialties, clinical programs, consultants, and medical technologies based on market demand and financial viability.
- Lead hospital expansion, new service launches, and market penetration initiatives.

Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth across OPD, IPD, Procedures, Diagnostics,



Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Surgical Revenue and ancillary services.
- Develop specialty-wise business plans to maximize patient acquisition and revenue.
- Improve referral conversion, patient conversion, and specialty utilization.
- Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

Consultant & Specialty Development
- Support consultant acquisition and specialty expansion aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with consultants to improve OPD, IPD, procedure, and specialty revenues.
- Monitor specialty performance and recommend growth initiatives based on business analytics.

Market Development & Branding
- Strengthen the hospitals market position through branding and competitive differentiation.
- Lead ATL, BTL, TTL, digital marketing, branding campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
- Drive / Organize CMEs, outreach OPDs, health camps, and communit
