We are looking for a Engineer-Diagnostic Author onroll with ALTEN INDIA PVT LTD

Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:

1)Develops technical documentation based on the level of equity assigned.
2)Develop diagnostic procedures using Part 2 Spec, wiring schematics and other engineering data.
3)Performs teardown, removal and installation, disassembly and assembly processes to document procedures
4)Responsible for delivery of projects which are on time, within budget and accurate
5)Validates technical information based on client-supplied information
Consults with various client contacts and subject matter experts to gather product specific information
6)Participates in meetings with clients, subject matter experts and departmental co-workers
Authors information using various electronic systems, such as ArborText / XMeta, GradeX, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel.




7)Advises project manager of project status and potential issues
8)Provide training/guidance to less experienced authors
Facilitate Customer Satisfaction by means of adhering to standards, timelines & qualitative output.

Qualification And Essential:

*B.E. Mechanical/Automobile with 2-5 years of experience or
*Diploma Mechanical/Automobile with 5+ years of experience
*Experience in Automotive Electrical Diagnostic Troubleshooting at Dealership/OEM or
*Experience in Automotive Technical Publications & Diagnostic Authoring.
*Hands on experience of vehicle electrical diagnostics
Analytical skills
