Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving room, F&B;, events, and experiential revenue for Hotel Irada,



Pune Wine Country. This role manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing business across corporate, leisure, and group segments. The Senior Sales Manager builds and maintains strategic relationships with travel partners, corporate accounts, event planners, and local stakeholders, while representing the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and industry networking events. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations to optimize pricing, packages, and distribution. The role also oversees key accounts, mentors junior sales team members, and ensures that all sales activities reflect the hotel’s design-led, culturally driven brand position
