Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML and technology projects from planning to implementation.
- Define system architecture, technical standards, and development strategy.
- Make key technical decisions and select appropriate technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding and quality standards.
- Plan project timelines, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Guide and mentor AI engineers and developers.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and automation solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Management and business teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify recent AI technologies and opportunities for business automation and improvement.
