Role Summary

We are seeking a Director of Data Engineering to build and lead a new strategic business unit focused on Data Engineering as a Service. This senior leadership role reports into executive leadership and is responsible for shaping the strategy, operating model, delivery standards, talent base, and growth trajectory of the practice.

The role is ideal for a proven data engineering leader who combines strong technical depth with commercial thinking, consulting maturity, and a passion for developing people. The Director will help define and scale a greenfield practice serving clients across healthcare, banking, financial services, and other analytics-driven industries.

The immediate focus will be expanding our Databricks capability,



where we have existing accounts and active client engagements. Over time, the Director will also build a strong Snowflake capability, positioning the company as a trusted partner for contemporary data platforms, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise analytics enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Scale the Data Engineering as a Service Practice
- Define the vision, strategy, operating model, and growth roadmap for the Data Engineering as a Service business unit.
- Develop service offerings, delivery models, pricing inputs, accelerators, and go-to-market propositions.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape business plans, revenue goals, margin expectations, hiring plans, and investment priorities.
- Establish the practice as a scalable, repeatable, high-quality service line rather than a collection of one-off delivery engagements.
