About the Role ? Senior DevOps Engineer:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure , deployment processes , and system reliability . This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you?ll lead Kubernetes operations , manage CI/CD pipelines , and drive automation across environments.

You?ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enable rapid, secure, and scalable delivery. From Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to observability using Prometheus and Grafana , you?ll help shape and scale the systems that power our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
- Lead end-to-end Kubernetes operations: provisioning, scaling, upgrades, storage, and production troubleshooting.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.




- Drive observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and related tools.
- Automate operational tasks such as scaling, failovers, disaster recovery, and security patching.
- Develop and manage Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators for standardized, secure deployments.
- Enforce Kubernetes best practices, including RBAC, Pod Security Policies / OPA / Gatekeeper and resource management.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortem processes.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to enhance system reliability and delivery speed.
- Contribute to DevOps documentation, internal knowledge base, and architectural best practices.
- Continuously improve cloud security posture and drive cost optimization initiatives.
