Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at KaizenQue is a full-time, remote position focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring talent that aligns with the company’s values and growth goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building effective job descriptions, and maintaining a structured, productive recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines, use data to improve hiring outcomes, and ensure a fair and inclusive experience for all applicants. Regular collaboration with different teams and clear communication are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Practical experience with Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess both skills and potential in a structured, unbiased manner.
