Job Description:
- Ensure smooth and secure operation of the spinning process during the assigned shift.
- Monitor process parameters and machine performance to achieve production targets.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to standard operating procedures and specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Supervise operators and contract manpower to ensure efficient shift operations.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process losses and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare and maintain shift production reports, logs, and operational records.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
