We are looking for an experienced Manager ? Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering successful product implementations for enterprise customers. This role requires a robust blend of people management, customer engagement, project management, and solution consulting

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants.




- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers.
- Ensure successful onboarding, product configuration, customization, and go-live within agreed timelines.
- Drive implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and timely project delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Build implementation plans, allocate resources, and monitor project health.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Track team productivity, utilization, and implementation KPIs.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance management.
- Develop implementation best practices, SOPs, and reusable templates.
- Provide product feedback to internal teams based on customer requirements.
