direction ? whether by architecting distributed systems, driving performance

Key Responsibilities
- Design,
develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software systems using modern
architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven).
- Drive
the creation of high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for
complex features and systems.
- Build
and optimize backend and/or frontend services using technologies such as .NET,
Go, Java, Node.js, React, or Angular.
- Contribute




to architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, security, and
performance.
- Guide
development teams through best practices in design, coding, code reviews,
and testing.
- Write
clean, productive, and testable code ? ensuring maintainability and
adherence to engineering standards.
- Partner
with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to translate
business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct
technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging
technologies for inclusion in the product roadmap.
- Mentor
engineers and contribute to scaling the team?s technical capability.
- Support
DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud (Azure/AWS) initiatives to enhance deployment
automation and system reliability.
- Champion
Agile principles and continuous improvement in development processes.
