Job Description

• Lead and coach a team of 5-8+ junior and senior recruiters, located in Europe, in a mix of office set-up and remote set-up • Coordinate high-volume recruitment through rightful team allocation, monitoring & reporting on the progress • Own the adherence to all internal policies, as well as key recruitment metrics (Cost per hire, On time fill rate, , Turnaround time, Diversity hiring etc) • Promote multiple staffing channels in order to deliver maximum requirement like Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.), Referrals, and external partners, while maintaining quality of hire • Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports • Required Skills • Ability to
