About the Role

As the Engineering Team Lead at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering team, driving project execution, and building scalable technology products that power our business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical decision-making, project delivery,



and people management while ensuring engineering initiatives are delivered on time with high quality.

You will lead the development and maintenance of IIDE’s technology ecosystem, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Student & Admin Portals, public websites, backend services, APIs, internal tools, and third-party integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions.

What You'll Do

Engineering Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend and backend developers.
- Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Review architecture, technical designs, and code to ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality.
- Guide the team in building secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
