The Role:

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience from onboarding through operational support. You will understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, manage documentation, ensure smooth execution of processes, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about solving problems while providing an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collecting, reviewing, and organizing required documents.




- Understand client requirements and ensure accurate initiation of the operational process.
- Perform initial verification of information and ensure all details are complete and accurate.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems regularly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and skilled communication.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
