Role Description
The Inside Sales Manager role at SkillupEd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will be part of inside sales team, oversee daily sales operations, and ensure consistent achievement of enrollment and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines,



coordinating outreach to prospective learners, guiding prospects through program offerings, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also involves building strong relationships with individual clients and partners, handling key accounts, and implementing sales processes that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets through structured sales processes.
- Solid Lead Generation skills, including managing pipelines, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including effective communication, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to client needs.
- Previous experience in edtech, training, or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
