Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end legal activities related to real estate and construction projects
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and properties
- Draft, review, and vet all legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Prepare and manage Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, JDAs, Lease Deeds, and MoUs
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulatory laws
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, and external legal advisors
- Manage property registration processes and documentation work
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation coordination
- Support in land acquisition legal verification and documentation
- Ensure all project activities comply with statutory and legal requirements
- Maintain and organize all legal records, files, and documentation systems
- Provide legal advice to management on risk mitigation and compliance matters
- Assist in resolving property-related issues and ownership clarifications
- Liaise with government departments for legal approvals and registrations




- Monitor and track ongoing legal cases and follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) is mandatory; LLM is an added advantage
- 38 years of experience in real estate / construction legal department
- Strong experience in property law, land due diligence, and title verification
- Hands-on experience in drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- Good knowledge of RERA and real estate regulatory compliance
- Experience in handling Sale Deeds, JDAs, Lease Deeds, and MoUs
- Exposure to property registration and documentation processes
- Ability to handle legal notices, disputes, and coordination with advocates
- Experience in apartments and villa project legal work preferred
- Strong understanding of land acquisition and ownership verification
- Positive communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Ability to work independe
