This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who excels in managing complex, multinational projects while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving delivery performance, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices in project management and service delivery. As the Offshore Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for managing large teams across geographies, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration between client stakeholders and internal teams. This role demands exceptional communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of global market dynamics,



and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments. - Own end-to-end P&L; for a USD ~40 million global portfolio, driving profitability and financial discipline.
- Drive global delivery excellence across regions, ensuring scalable execution, optimal resourcing, and operational efficiency – managing and delivering through the portfolio’s 800 odd strength.
- Establish and maintain strong strategic client and stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery and elevate customer satisfaction.
