Logistics & Commercial Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Commercial Executive to manage import logistics, customs clearance, commercial documentation, SAP transactions, invoicing, and vendor coordination while ensuring timely and compliant delivery of imported products.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import shipments from overseas suppliers to warehouse.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping partners for timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Verify import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance documents.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST,



and other statutory requirements.
- Generate Invoices, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, and maintain commercial documentation.
- Process Purchase Orders, GRNs, and other logistics transactions in SAP.
- Prepare import cost sheets and coordinate duty payments with Finance.
- Manage logistics vendors and monitor shipment status, ETA, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare logistics MIS and reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and support internal and statutory audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and optimize freight costs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Import Logistics, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain.
