About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our inventory and vendor relationships end-to-end. You'll be responsible for making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, while building and maintaining robust, cost-effective relationships with suppliers. This role sits at the heart of the business and directly impacts efficiency, cost, and customer experience.

What You'll Do





Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records across locations/warehouses
- Monitor stock levels and raise timely purchase/replenishment requests to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, dead, or at-risk stock and recommend action
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Implement and improve inventory tracking systems/SOPs

Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality
- Track vendor performance on quality, delivery timelines, and reliability
- Resolve vendor-related issues (delays, quality complaints, disputes) promptly
- Maintain vendor documentation, agreements, and compliance records
- Build long-term
