Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder with 12 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on various materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare materials and equipment required for welding tasks.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure accuracy, strength, and quality standards.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines.
- Identify defects and make necessary adjustments to improve weld quality.





Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of TIG welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.
- ITI certification or diploma in welding/fabrication (preferred).
- Good knowledge of welding machines, tools, and materials.
- Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valuable physical stamina and ability to work in manufacturing conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety rules and PPE usage.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
