About the Role

MAA Sales Agency LLP is looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic *HR Recruiter* to join our team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes—from understanding hiring needs and sourcing potential talent to screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate onboarding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering, and hiring candidates across various operational and sales departments.

Multi-Channel Sourcing: Actively source high-quality profiles using major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, WorkIndia), local candidate databases, social media, and offline/manual channels.

Resume Screening & Shortlisting:



Review incoming applications and screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department heads and senior managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and panel members.

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal team leaders to understand manpower requirements, draft job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.

Candidate Engagement & Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with shortlisted candidates, manage offer negotiations, follow up post-offer, and reduce drop-out rates prior to joining.

Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update daily/weekly recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and applicant tracking reports.

Onboarding Support: Assist in candidate documentation, background verification, and initial HR orientation on Day 1.
