Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Payroll Maturity Assessments and recommend transformation strategies.
- Design Global Payroll Operating Models (In-house, Outsourced, Hybrid).
- Advise clients on payroll process optimization and employee-centric payroll services.
- Improve payroll service delivery using self-service and AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate payroll with HCM, Workforce Management, and Finance systems.
- Provide advisory on payroll compliance, governance,



and global employment practices.
- Drive payroll analytics, workforce cost optimization, and strategic reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives.
