Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of
Telecaller
. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone calls.




- Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
