DusMinute operates convenience stores inside premium gated communities in Bengaluru, serving residents through physical stores, app ordering, WhatsApp and home delivery. Our ambition is to become an integral part of every community we serve — understanding residents deeply, building trusted RWA partnerships and creating initiatives that increase engagement, penetration and wallet share.

The Role

This is a high-ownership Founder’s Office role with two clear mandates:

01 COMMUNITY & RWA RELATIONSHIPS

Own long-term relationships with RWAs, management committees, facility teams and key residents.

02 GROWTH INITIATIVES

Identify, design and execute initiatives that improve penetration, frequency, category adoption and sales.

The person will spend significant time inside communities, speaking to customers, observing behaviour, spotting opportunities and converting insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own RWA & Community Relationships





· Be the primary relationship owner for RWAs, management committees, facility teams and other community stakeholders.

· Build trust so DusMinute is seen as a valuable community partner, not merely a retail tenant.

· Run structured interactions with RWA members and identify concerns, expectations and opportunities before they become escalations.

· Secure support and approvals for campaigns, events, kiosks, activations and new community initiatives.

· Develop relationships with influential residents and community champions.

2. Drive Growth at Community Level

Every community should have a explicit growth plan. Own initiatives aimed at improving:

· Household penetration

· Monthly sales and spend per household

· Order frequency and customer retention

· Store footfall

· App and WhatsApp adoption

3. Build & Execute Growth Campaigns

· Conceptualise and execute resident engagement, referral and reactivation campaig
