Role Description
The Oracle PeopleSoft Developer will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications that support core business and HR processes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules, developing new components and interfaces, and resolving application issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.



The role involves creating and optimizing reports, performing unit and system testing, and ensuring adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards. The developer will also support production environments, participate in upgrades and patches, and document technical designs and configurations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, working closely with stakeholders to deliver stable and efficient PeopleSoft solutions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Oracle PeopleSoft development skills, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
