Provide effective leadership for manufacturing operations in the plant which includes responsibilities in EHS, Production Goals, machine and material efficiency, cost and quality in conjunction with the business goals & objectives.
Reporting to the sr management team, the incumbent is expected to handle the following functions:

optimise work flow and processes for efficiency, cost effectiveness
