About the Role

Stay Ukiyo is looking for a highly driven Business Partnerships Executive to expand and strengthen our portfolio of luxury villas, homestays, apartments, and unique stays across India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding current properties, building long-term relationships with homeowners and property managers, conducting property visits, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring newly onboarded properties are launch-ready. This is a field-intensive role requiring frequent travel, strong relationship management, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition & Partnerships

* Identify, approach, and onboard luxury villas, homestays, apartments, and unique stays.

* Schedule and conduct meetings with property owners, developers, and property managers.

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners.





* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and exclusive offers for Stay Ukiyo.

* Encourage partners to provide regular offers, discounts, and value additions for guests.

Property Management & Quality

* Conduct property inspections and regular villa visits to maintain quality standards.

* Attend FAM trips and partner property showcases.

* Collect and organize property information including:

* High-quality images and videos

* Property descriptions

* House rules

* Amenities

* Location details

* Nearby attractions

* Pricing and inventory updates

Coordination & Operations

* Prepare MIS reports, partnership reports, and maintain accurate property databases.

* Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure newly onboarded properties are launch-ready.

* Act as the bridge between guests and property managers during escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
