About the Role

Elegrow Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced BIM / 3D Modeler to work on utility and industrial infrastructure projects, including substations, switchyards, transmission systems, and industrial plants. The selected candidate will develop accurate 3D models, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and prepare construction-ready drawings using Bentley and AutoCAD platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models for substations, switchyards, and industrial plant projects.
- Create equipment layouts and structural steel models using MicroStation and Bentley OpenUtilities Substation (OUS).
- Model piping systems using Bentley OpenPlant and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Develop MEP models using AutoCAD MEP.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and 2D drawings from 3D models.




- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Work closely with Design Engineers and Design Coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or ITI (Draughtsman).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D modeling for Substation, Switchyard, or Industrial Plant projects.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- MicroStation
- Bentley OpenUtilities Substation (OUS)
- Bentley OpenPlant
- AutoCAD Plant 3D
- AutoCAD MEP
- Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination.
- Ability to generate engineering and construction drawings from 3D models.
- Portfolio of at least 3 completed industrial or utility projects is preferred.
