What you’ll do:




- Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, materials, appropriate metaphors and analogies, examples and creatively present to children for effective delivery of the lesson plan.
- Ensures that the lesson plans and activities are planned in advance.
- Effectively prepare for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend teacher orientation program, curriculum related trainings and seek clarification, if necessary.
- Effectively communicate with children using correct and appropriate language and grammar.
- Able to move around the class with ease and effectively interact with children.
- Utilize different teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Contribute towards classroom setup and enhancing the aesthetics with age/class -appropriate displays, learning resources and materials.
