We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our Admissions Team in Chennai.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable online programs. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead follow-up to successful admission—while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Explain university programs, eligibility, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
- Update all lead interactions and admission progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
