Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and platform administration. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions while supporting platform enhancements, upgrades, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure, customize, and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and enhance workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Design and implement workflow automation and business process improvements.




- Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Configure and customize Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
- Support Agile development, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve platform issues, and provide technical support.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and instance management.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and coding standards.
