About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented
Production Engineer / Production Executive
to oversee and monitor manufacturing operations for our electrical product lines, including RMU, VCB Panels, Compact Substations (CSS), LT/HT Panels, Control Panels, and FRTU systems. The ideal candidate will spearhead production planning, shop-floor execution, quality compliance, and team coordination to achieve delivery targets safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution:
Execute daily schedules, monitor material availability and workflow on the shop floor, and ensure timely manufacturing of RMU, VCB, CSS, LT/HT, Metering, Control, and FRTU panels to hit targets within planned timelines.
- Shop Floor Management:
Supervise assembly, wiring, busbar fitting, testing, and dispatch activities. Effectively allocate manpower,



ensure optimal equipment utilization, and maintain discipline.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Design & Engineering, Quality, Stores & Purchase, Planning, and Testing teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and material issues promptly.
- Quality & Compliance:
Enforce adherence to IEC standards, approved drawings, customer specifications, and internal procedures. Drive the reduction of defects, rework, and support audits.
- Safety & 5S:
Champion a safety-first culture by implementing robust safety protocols, PPE usage, 5S standards, and good housekeeping practices across the production area.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate daily production logs, work order tracking, rejection metrics, and efficiency records while updating ERP/MIS systems.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and cycle time enhancement.
