Role & responsibilities
- Monitor daily weaving production activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of looms and production flow.
- Coordinate with operators and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor fabric quality and reduce defects.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
- Support achievement of production targets and efficiency goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers with textile knowledge are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in weaving supervision or loom operations will be given preference.
