Role Description
The Sr. Associate Payroll role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, validation,



and execution of monthly payroll cycles for employees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The individual will be responsible for calculating salaries, deductions, benefits, and incentives, ensuring accurate payroll taxes and statutory filings, and reconciling payroll-related accounts with the finance team. The role includes maintaining up-to-date employee records, responding to payroll-related queries, and preparing regular payroll reports and analytics for management. The Sr. Associate Payroll will collaborate with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to continuously improve payroll processes, support audits, and contribute to policy and system enhancements.
