Who we are looking to hire:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate ? People Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for the organization. Based out of Noida, this role will own day-to-day operations on Darwinbox, support system changes, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of core People Operations processes.

The candidate will work closely with the Direction ? People Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, error-free execution of HR processes, timely system updates, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HRMS Darwinbox Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations on Darwinbox, including employee data updates, org changes, and workflow
