Executive Assistant – Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day business operations, coordination, communication, and follow-ups.

The role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential information professionally, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth execution of leadership priorities.

This is not a routine admin role — we are looking for someone who can take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and leadership schedules

· Coordinate internal and external meetings, client discussions, and leadership reviews

· Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), track action items, and follow up with stakeholders

· Handle travel coordination, hotel bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking





· Support in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documents

· Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, Delivery, and Practice teams for operational follow-ups

· Draft professional emails, communications, and management responses

· Maintain confidential records, documents, and business data

· Support leadership in event coordination, customer visits, and internal initiatives

· Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and escalations

· Assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and administrative activities when required

Required Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
